As an Event Supervisor, you ensure smooth operations in the event spaces and act as the main point of contact during every event.

You lead the service team and make sure everything is organised, timely, and executed down to the smallest detail.

You assist with the planning of seminars and events, and you take responsibility for stock management and room setup.

You help with mise-en-place and the preparation of all rooms and materials.

You welcome and serve our guests in a warm, professional manner.
Profile

A hospitality degree or previous experience in the sector is an advantage, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important.

You enjoy hospitality and naturally interact with guests in a friendly and pleasant way.

You remain calm during busy moments and are strong in organisation and discipline.

You have a neat, enthusiastic appearance.

You speak fluent Dutch and can express yourself professionally in French (English is a plus).
